These paragraphs define our payment policy, cancellation policy, and responsibility with respect to all our trips. Payment of your deposit represents your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

To confirm a reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit of the total trip price. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, we ask for full payment of the total trip price. Our clients may also choose to pay in full at time of booking.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation fee: $65
• 45-31 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit (less cancellation fee) or 75% of total trip price if paid in full
• 29-18 days prior to arrival: 60% refund
• 15-8 days prior to arrival: 40% refund
• 7-3 days prior to arrival: 20% refund
• 2 days prior to arrival: 10% refund
• 1-0 days prior to arrival: 0% refund

NOTE: Refund percentages are based on 100% of the trip price. If only a deposit has been made, the refund will be pro-rated. Please note that flight purchases are not included in the above table and the refund of any flights is subject to the cancellation/refund policy of the individual airline.

Because the INC (government body that regulates the sale of Inca Trail permits) does not give any refund for Inca Trail permits (including passengers and camp personnel), we have a separate cancellation policy for this trek:

• Time of booking – 3 month prior to arrival: 80% Cancellation fee
• 3 month – 0 days prior to arrival: NO REFUND
• All refunds will be returned within 15 days of cancellation date.
